Palmetto LightReach follows a "Freedom within the Framework" approach. Installers are free to sell and install in any location, so long as the customer's utility is on our approved list, using equipment from our AVL. Installers are responsible for following this and all other LightReach guidelines.

The spirit of our AVL is focused on long term customer support. Out of fairness to all partners in our ecosystem, and with long term customer support in mind, we do not grant AVL exceptions.

Installation of equipment not present on the Approved Vendor List will result in milestone rejections until the project is rectified with approved equipment. Please reference this list prior to installing.

This means products that are the most universally compatible with existing site conditions for Energy Backup installs and that enable the best energy backup capabilities. |
